Nitext AB was founded in 2018 by two families with extensive experience in the landscaping and gardening industry. Since its inception, the business has steadily grown with a focus on clarity, structure, and care – for customers, employees, and the environment. Regardless of the assignment, properly executed groundwork is the foundation for sustainable outdoor environments, from a quality, economic, and environmental perspective. To meet increased demand, we are now looking for more gardeners to join our growing team.

You will be part of Nitext's gardening team and work alongside knowledgeable and engaged colleagues on various assignments for both public and private clients throughout the Stockholm area.

As a gardener, you will:

• Work with planting and establishment of perennials, shrubs, and trees

• Perform ongoing maintenance and care of outdoor environments such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and weed removal

• Work with irrigation and plant protection

• Participate in planning for larger gardening and landscaping projects

• Provide customers with service and advice on garden maintenance

Responsibilities

In the role of gardener, you are responsible for ensuring that our clients' outdoor environments are maintained and developed with high quality and precision. You work independently but in close collaboration with the team to ensure that assignments are carried out according to plan and with consideration for the plants' needs and seasons. An important part of the responsibility is to contribute to a professional approach towards the client, as well as to work safely and sustainably with both machinery, tools, and plant materials.

Desired profile:

• Education in gardening, parks, or equivalent knowledge

• Practical experience in gardening

• Good knowledge of plants and maintenance of green areas

• Practical experience with machinery and tools

• Driver's license B (requirement)

We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has a genuine interest in plants and sustainable outdoor environments. You are self-driven, meticulous, and responsible, which is important to ensure that the work maintains high quality even in daily maintenance. At the same time, you find it easy to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team. Your service mindset and willingness to help customers enable you to provide good advice and build long-term relationships.

It is a plus if you:

• Have experience working in public outdoor environments

• Have previously worked on larger planting or maintenance assignments
